BottleRock Day 2 Images: Fun At The Festival
Florence + The Machine, Ziggy Marley and a 132-pound tuna shipped from Japan made the second day of BottleRock Napa Valley memorable.

NAPA - International superstar Florence Welch of Florence + The Machine, wearing a long sheer yellow dress and barefoot, used every part of the massive BottleRock Napa Valley's main stage and then some to provide her fans a spectacular show to bring the curtain down on day two of the three day festival.
Like a girl showing off to her dad or mom that she can twirl in a new dress, the graceful singer captured the evening Napa breeze across the stage while a hand held camera followed her and displayed on a pair of giant screen on each side of the stage.

Like a rock star she also leaped out into the crowd to get closer to her audience.
Some of the hit songs performed included "Dog Days Are Over", "Ship to Wreck" and "Shake It Out." The crowd could be heard chanting "Florence" coaxing for more of her singing.

Another big draw was reggae rocker Ziggy Marley on the Midway stage late in the afternoon.
Many Napa faithful were at the Marley set including Janet and Rob Washer who have attended every BottleRock festival along with Cathey Austin Jones, also of Napa.
There were lots of happy people grooving to the sounds and the smell drifting in the breeze at the Marley set.
Ziggy also paid tribute to his late father, Bob Marley, by performing "One Love."
Over at the cooking demonstration stage Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, who has a restaurant in downtown Napa, had a 132-pound tuna shipped from Japan for an impressive culinary demonstration with Tre Cool and Mike Dirnt of Green Day fame.
Sonoma resident Sheilah Peterson is a lucky person because she won a pair of three day passes to this weekend's BottleRock festival from a popular San Francisco radio station.
She was still smiling and dancing to the music of Florence + The Machine along with close friends and family.
Another fascinating event on the Napa Expo's main street is the Spritzr Silent Disco, where Bay Area's finest DJ play music that is transmitted to wireless headsets and the only sound onlookers hear is that of stomping feet as participants dance the night or day away.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers headline the final day of BottleRock Napa Valley Sunday along with The Lumineers and many more bands.
