Child Porn Arrest Made By Napa County Detectives
A 21-year-old Vallejo native is accused of having over 600 child porn images.
NAPA COUNTY, CA — Detectives with the Napa County Sheriff's Office arrested a 21-year-old man Friday on suspicion of possession and distribution of child pornography.
It is alleged that Elias David Arcilla, a Vallejo native and former American Canyon resident, had more than 600 images of child porn.
Arcilla also faces charges for attempting to communicate with a minor with the intent of committing a sexual offense, the sheriff's office said.

Arcilla remained in custody Monday at the Napa County jail, where his bail was set at $100,000.
