Green Day, Justin Timberlake To Headline BottleRock Napa Valley 2025

NAPA, CA — Green Day, Justin Timberlake and Noah Kahan are the featured headliners of BottleRock Napa Valley 2025, the festival announced Monday.

Tickets for the three-day music, wine, craft brew and culinary festival went on sale at 10 a.m. Tuesday.

The event is set for Memorial Day weekend, May 23-25, at the Napa Valley Expo in the city of Napa. General admission tickets start at $456 per person at BottleRockNapaValley.com. A layaway plan for three-day general admission tickets starts at $100.

In addition to announcing the lineup, BottleRock Napa Valley also committed to match every dollar donated by fans— for the first $50,000— to FireAid, a benefit concert for those affected by the recent Los Angeles fires.
