Royce Howell
Is the nominee considered an "essential worker"?:
Yes

Provides in-home support to clients with varied disabilities
Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
Royce has been able to keep 62 clients and over 100 support staff safe and sane during the pandemic. She makes sure everyone follows SIP rules; provides supplies needed; makes sure food gets delivered to everyone; and most importantly, keeps them OK in spite of the fact that changes in routine are so hard for many of them.
What's one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
She is the most caring, giving, selfless and smart person I've ever met. Don't know how we could get through this without her.
Thank you for all you do, Royce!
