NAPA, CA — Nancy Pelosi's husband has been charged with two counts of misdemeanor driving under the influence in Napa County, according to a Napa County booking report.

Paul Pelosi was arrested late Saturday and booked into a Napa County jail at 4:13 a.m. Sunday, and his bail was set at $5,000.

He was released on bail at 7:26 a.m., according to a Napa County release report.
