Napa Costco Now Open
Here's what to know about the megastore that was set to open this week at Riversound in Napa.
NAPA, CA — Years in the making, Costco opened a new warehouse this week in Napa.
The long-planned megastore was scheduled to open at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, at 280 Riversound Way, the former site of Napa Steel.
The Costco Wholesale has a food court, gas station, tire center, pharmacy, optical department and hearing aids.

The Riversound development also includes new homes, parks, trails and other retail.
Here are the Costco store hours starting Thursday, Oct. 18: weekdays 10 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.; Saturday 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Sunday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

The gas station opened a few days before the store. Its regular hours are 6 a.m. -9:30 p.m. weekdays, 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. Saturday, and 7 a.m.- 8 p.m. Sunday.
The Napa Costco store was one of eight store openings this fall not only in the United States but in Spain, Mexico, Japan and Canada:

Costco did not respond to Patch's request for comment. If we hear back, we will update this story. The city of Napa also did not respond.
