Napa Valley Who's Who Toast Former Golden State Warrior Counsel And Wife For Philanthropy
Robin and Michelle Baggett honored by Festival Napa Valley for their contributions to the arts and Napa community.

NAPA COUNTY, CA — Sports fans may know the name Robin Baggett from a career as general counsel for the NBA's Golden State Warriors.
But Festival Napa Valley celebrated Baggett on Sept. 11 for his tenure of the organization and the contributions to Napa County youth, the arts, education, and community causes made by him he and his wife, Michelle Baggett.
The festival raises funds to bring arts programs to local public schools and the Napa Valley College.

Baggett has been a member of Festival Napa Valley’s board of directors since 2013 and was appointed chairman in 2021.
“Robin and Michelle’s leadership has left a lasting imprint on Festival Napa Valley and on Napa Valley itself, " the president and CEO of Festival Napa Valley, Rick Walker, said in a statement.

The day was a who's who of the Napa wine industry including the couple, Gina Gallo, vice-president of winemaking for Gallo Estate Wines and her own Gallo Signature Series, and Jean-Charles Boisset, a French vintner and the proprietor of the Boisset Collection, operator of wineries in California, France, and Canada.
Celloist Jonah Kim and his wife, San Francisco ballet soloist Julia Rowe, performed.
Baggett founded Alpha Omega Winery with Michelle Baggett in 2006, after retiring from the Golden State Warriors' legal role. He also served as chair of the Napa Valley Vintners board of directors and, with Michelle Baggett, chaired the 2025 Auction Napa Valley.
Baggett currently serves on the boards of the Wine Institute, Land Trust of Napa County, First Tee-Monterey County, and the Cal Poly Athletic Director’s Council.
Michelle Baggett serves as Executive Director of the Alpha Omega Foundation. She serves on the boards of the Rutherford Dust Society and the St. Helena Hospital Foundation.
