Chatsworth Office Campus Could Be Razed And Rebuilt: Report
Rexford Industrial Realty bought an office campus in the Chatsworth Business Park for $42 million and plans to raze it.
CHATSWORTH, CA — Rexford Industrial Realty bought a two-building office campus in Chatsworth Business Park for $42 million with plans to raze and rebuild it, the San Fernando Valley Business Journal reported.
Rexford intends to rebuild two smaller warehouse buildings in its place, at 21415-21615 Plummer Street. The company has been buying other North Los Angeles properties in recent months, including a warehouse in Santa Clarita.
