Letter to the Editor: Can't Something Be Done?

I wish there was something that could be done to stop companies from throwing their business cards, note pads, and other promotional items on my front doorstep! We clean our own home and mow our own lawns, so any flyers or business cards from housekeeping companies and gardeners are TRASH! We have no rights on our own property? Greig Smith, and others, have not wanted to do anything about it. I guess they don't want to annoy local business people. I find it very distasteful!
