PINOLE, CA -- A felon was arrested late Friday night after a shooting happened at a Pinole bar. Police said the incident happened at Antlers Bar on San Pablo Avenue when arriving officers found several people running from the scene.An investigation revealed there was a confrontation between two groups at the bar when Alexander Ruben Escobar-Fuentes, 26, of El Sobrante, allegedly pulled out a handgun and fired several rounds.
