Flood Watch Issued For Pleasant Hill
The National Weather Service flood watch goes into effect at noon on Friday.

PLEASANT HILL, CA — A flood watch has been issued for Pleasant Hill and the greater Bay Area, by the National Weather Service. The watch goes into effect at noon and lasts through the weekend. It is currently expected to expire at 10 p.m. Sunday.
The "storm door" has opened, with rain already falling in parts of the Bay Area, as an atmospheric river moved onshore Friday morning.
