12:52pm – A group of men, obviously weary of discussing the nuances of the “Fifty Shades of Grey” trilogy and perhaps arguing over the relative merits of a vanilla latte vs. a caramel macchiato, were reported in the Khol’s parking lot engaged in the timeless and always-helpful contest of fisticuffs.
1:34pm – A man reportedly ran up to a woman’s car in the parking lot of Safeway at 1978 Contra Costa Boulevard and smacked it with his hand, before leaving in the direction of Farrington’s Bar. The man, a witness told police, was allegedly trying to serve her papers. No word on the legality of car-smacking.
