'Make A Difference' Festival To Promote Volunteerism In The Tri-Valley

The annual festival in Pleasanton will connect volunteers with over 40 local organizations.

PLEASANTON, CA — Anyone with a New Year's resolution to volunteer more should attend the Make a Difference Pleasanton Volunteer Festival, where roughly 40 different local nonprofits will provide information on how people can get involved in the community.

The festival will take place Saturday, Jan. 17 at the Pleasanton Senior Center at 535 Sunol Boulevard. Admission and parking are free.
