"Staff responded quickly and the Pleasanton Police Department arrived to remove the individual and placed him in custody without incident," Pleasanton Unified School District Superintendent David Haglund wrote in an email to district parents. "As called for in the school’s safety plan, students and staff remained in their classrooms with the doors locked, blinds closed, and lights off."

An all-clear was issued, and school resumed as normal routines at around 11:20 a.m., Haglund said.

According to Alameda County Jail records, Henderson was charged with multiple felonies including having weapons on school grounds. He was also charged with a probation violation, special allegation of 2 strikes (one previous to the lockdown event), being armed with a weapon, second degree robbery and second degree burglary.

The Alameda County District Attorneys Office is expected to ask the judge to revoke Henderson's probation during the arraignment.

Henderson is currently being held at the Santa Rita Jail. Records show he is not eligible for bail at this time.
