• Ramona Rodeo Queen pageant applications open until Jan. 17 (sandiegouniontribune.com) — Applications are now open through Jan. 17 for the 2026 Ramona Rodeo Queen pageant, giving local young women a chance to represent Ramona at events across the county. Contestants don’t have to live in town but must commit to meetings, horsemanship practices, and pageant events on April 10–11. An orientation is planned Jan. 13 at the Guy B. Woodward Museum.
