SAN LEANDRO, CA — Earlier this month, Liz Whitt cooked a Filipino feast for her family. On the menu was Beef Cabbage Potato Soup, Prawns, Longinisa Sausage, Beef with Calabasa, and Pancit Palabok. Lucky family!
