Missing 74-Year-Old With Dementia Last Seen In San Leandro: Police

UPDATE: Police announced around 1:16 p.m. that Wayman Hall was located.

SAN LEANDRO, CA — Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 74-year-old man with dementia who was last seen leaving his San Leandro home Tuesday morning.

Wayman Hall was last seen leaving his home along Broadmoor Boulevard sometime between 1 and 8:30 a.m., according to the San Leandro Police Department. It's unclear where he may be headed.

Hall is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. Police did not say what he was wearing when he was last seen.

The San Leandro Police Department asks that anyone who sees the 74-year-old call 911 or its non-emergency number, 510-577-2740. People can also text the police department by texting TIP SLPOLICE to 888777.
