Celebrate Independence Day with a bang. Head over to the fireworks show in Santee and leave the explosives to the professionals.
What: Santee Salutes on July 4 from 3:30 – 10 p.m. Fireworks at 9 p.m.

Where: Town Center Community Park 550 Park Center Drive, Santee 92071
More: This celebration is complete with live music, a patriotic ceremony at 6 p.m. and a fun zone for kids. Parking is $5 per car at the City of Santee Aquatics Center/Cameron Family YMCA, Town Center Community Park West and Sportsplex USA. Preferred parking is Avalable at Town Center Community Park East and is $15 per car. Cash only, no large bills. Shuttles will go from 3:30 p.m. until 11 p.m. at the Costco parking lot, which will be free.
