'Movie In The Park' Event Scheduled Saturday In Santee
The city will be showing the animated Disney film, "Encanto," at West Hills Park.
SANTEE, CA — "We don't talk about Bruno," but the city of Santee is inviting families out to watch a free movie in the park.
The city will be showing the animated Disney film, "Encanto," during Saturday's Movie in the Park event at West Hills Park. The "fantastical" evening is presented in collaboration with San Diego County's Summer Movies in the Park series.
In addition to the movie, there will be a live performance by "Encanto" characters, an interactive DJ, inflatable games, free face painting and vendor giveaways. Food trucks will also be at the event.

The event is scheduled from 5-9 p.m. at West Hills Park at 8970 Mast Blvd. Pre-show activities begin at 5 p.m. and the movie will start 15 minutes after sunset.
Parking is available on-site at West Hills Park and at the West Hills High School parking lot.
