Armed Felony Menacing In Downtown Boulder: Police
Police are investigating the overnight incident and seek any information on the suspect.

BOULDER, CO -- Police are looking for a man who displayed a knife to two passersby late Thursday night near the Pearl Street Mall. Around 11:30 p.m., Boulder police officers responded to 19th Street and Pearl Street after reports that an unknown male suspect approached two other men walking on the sidewalk and displayed a knife, according to a press release from the Boulder Police Department. The two victims ran from the area and called 911.
Multiple officers responded to the scene in search of the suspect, who was last seen running south on 19th Street from Pearl. The suspect is described as a white male of medium build between 5'8" and 5'10" tall, with a goatee, wearing grey or black clothing, including a hoodie.
Both victims are safe and were unhurt.
