  1. Relatives of five of the 10 people killed in the Boulder King Soopers shooting are suing gun-maker Sturm, Ruger & Co. over how it marketed the firearm used in the massacre. According to 9News.com KUSA, "the lawsuit by relatives was served on the [Sturm, Ruger & CO.] Thursday and is expected to be filed this week in Superior Court in Stamford, Connecticut, according to Andrew Garza, a lawyer for the plaintiffs.   2. Save the Date, the Boulder Jewish Festival is back! Mark your calendars for June 4. The event will be held at the Pearl Street Mall featuring a full day of festivities, including bands and performances, a Jewish food festival, a curated marketplace showcasing fine art and "Judaica," and family-friendly activities provided by a variety of community organizations.   3. Colorado University has announced its annual spring football game, part of CU's Black & Gold Day, will air on ESPN on Saturday, April 22. Black & Gold Day will include an intrasquad football game at Folsom Field at 1 p.m. as well as family activities, games for kids, inflatables and autograph sessions with current and former players.
