Boulder Among Best Biking Towns In The West Says Sunset Magazine

BOULDER, CO -- Boulder has been highlighted in Sunset Magazine's list of ten of the best biking towns in the west. The list was comprised of areas "with bike-loving residents, protected streets, and plenty to see on two wheels."

Boulder was highlighted for its more than 300 miles of dedicated bikeways, as well as cycle-friendly features like the Valmont Bike Park. Boulder also got points for having group rides that catered to all levels of cyclists, from the Thursday Night Cruiser Ride to tough weekly rides frequented by the many professional racers that call Boulder home.

Other cities mentioned included Fruita, Colorado, Portland, Oregon, San Francisco, California, and Tucson, Arizona.
