Lazy Dog Bar & Grill Building For Sale In Downtown Boulder
The property, which includes a liquor license, is currently listed at $9M
BOULDER, CO -- The building that currently houses Pearl Street's Lazy Dog Bar & Grill is up for sale. The 12,300 square foot property at the corner of Pearl and 14th Street is currently listed for $9 million by Market Real Estate. The listing notes that the property includes a rooftop deck, liquor license and four bars.
The Lazy Dog's owner, Steve Ross, who is also a partner in the real estate holding, told the Daily Camera that the Lazy Dog would continue to have it's home in the building, but that "as a real estate asset we can't ignore the interest we've had on this site over the years."
The Lazy Dog opened in Boulder in 1997, and the building's ownership last changed hands in 2008. Ross also has a Lazy Dog location in Erie, and is slated to open a third in Johnstown this spring.
