Longmont Police Make Arrest In Summer Target Arson Case

Charges indicate damage of more than $1 million at the Hover Street store

LONGMONT, CO -- Longmont police announced that they have arrested a man in connection with a suspected arson at the Target located at 551 S. Hover St. this summer. Nathan H. Cordick, 19, was located and arrested Wednesday in Guilford County, North Carolina. He faces charges of criminal mischief of more than $1 million, first degree arson, second degree burglary, and theft.

The fire occurred at approximately 3:45 a.m. on June 19. Police announced the fire as an arson about one week after it occurred.
