- Simply, carefully designed sandwiches made with flavors that flow together is what diners will find at Curtis Park Deli, which opened in early March on the corner of 30th and Pearl in Boulder. This is the third location for the deli which already has a spot in Denver and Cherry Creek. Reportedly all three locations receive a shipment of loaves from Denver’s City Bakery every morning and the condiments, including aioli, pesto, mustard and thousand island, are made fresh every day, but when the bread runs out, the staff packs up for the day and heads home. The designated hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. but if the bread runs out the door closes so get your order in early to make sure you get your sandwich. Hope to see you there! (Boulder Weekly)
- Women's History Month offers an important opportunity for the City of Boulder to shine a light on the extraordinary legacy of trailblazing women and girls who have built, shaped, and improved the community. The National Women's History Alliance, which spearheaded the movement for March being declared National Women's History Month, proclaimed that the theme for 2023 is “Celebrating Women Who Tell Our Stories.” To honor this theme, Boulder has compiled a list of some of the women who are working to share their community’s stories. Click here for the full list. Congratulations women! Thanks for all you do for our community! (Boulder Colorado Government)
