Final Concerts Of Lakewood Summer Series: Rock, Bluegrass

Lakewood's 'Sounds Exciting! Summer Concert Series' continues this week with a rock band.

LAKEWOOD, CO — Lakewood's 'Sounds Exciting! Summer Concert Series' is set to run until the end of July. The events feature live music, a beer garden and food trucks.

The series is being held at the Bonfils-Stanton Foundation Amphitheater in Heritage Lakewood Belmar Park.

July 22: Graham Good & The Painters (funky rock ‘n’ roll) with Foxfeather

July 29: Wood Belly (bluegrass) with The Wrecklunds.

Gates open at 6 p.m., the opening act performs at 6:15 p.m. and the headliner at 7:15 p.m.

Individual tickets will be sold at $10 in advance or $15 on the day of; and $6 per child age 12 and under.

All seating is first-come, first-served lawn seating — blankets and low-height lawn chairs are allowed. Seating areas will not be marked, but the venue capacity will be decreased to allow for social distancing, the city said.

Concertgoers can bring picnics or enjoy dining options at food and ice cream trucks and a beer garden, organizers said. A water bottle refill station is on-site.
