- As flood season approaches in Jefferson County, officials give advice on how to best prepare in case of a natural disaster. Recommended preparations include drilling evacuation plans, keeping immunizations recorded and up-to-date, and setting an emergency contact out-of-state. Read the rest of the list at Arvada Press.
- Emmitt McCrea, a missing 83-year-old Lakewood man, has been found thanks to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation. McCrea, who suffers from dementia, was declared missing around 5 p.m. on Thursday, and found early Friday morning. Visit Denver 7 to read more.
- As the general public anxiously awaits Casa Bonita's reopening, owners Matt Stone and Trey Parker invited the media for a first look at the new space. When the restaurant reopens, it will initially only be for specific limited hours. Find our more via Denver 7.
