How To Audition For Lakewood's Rising Stars Talent Show

LAKEWOOD, CO — Talented people of all ages have until Feb. 26 to submit video auditions for a chance to perform in the Lakewood Rising Stars Talent Show.

Kids in grades K-12 and adults can enter in groups or solo, organizers said. There is a $5 fee per entry, and contestants can submit a two- to four-minute audition video in the following categories:

• Voice: includes singers performing to a recorded track.
• Music: includes any instrument or combination of instrument and voice.
• Variety: includes dance, comedy, spoken word, martial arts and other movement.

Selected contestants will perform live on stage at the Lakewood Cultural Center, 470 S. Allison Parkway, at 4 p.m. March 13. Tickets, $12-$24, include limited theater seating and livestream options.
