Lakewood Mom Gets Special Shoutout: She's 'A Very Wonderful Person'

LAKEWOOD, CO— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

What makes your Mom extra special?

Britney is extra special because she's a great mom [and] always there for her children. She runs her house, she takes care of my brother — just tireless acts. [She's] a very wonderful person.

Why do you feel your Mom deserves the spotlight?

She works very hard and doesn't get much recognition.
