Berlin Parks And Rec Accepting In Person Registration For Pool Passes

Pool passes are offered for residents, individuals 18 years and older or a family pool pass which includes free swim lessons.

From Berlin Parks and Recs:The Berlin Parks and Recreation Department is accepting in person registration only for Summer Pool passes and swim programs at the Berlin Parks and Recreation Office, 230 Kensington Road, Berlin, CT 06037, Phone: 860-828- 7009. Fees are charged for residents for all programs.

Pool passes are offered for residents, individuals 18 years and older or a family pool pass which includes free swim lessons for children 6 months to 18 years for the Percival Pool, Highland Ave, Kensington opening on Friday, June 16 and Demore, Dinda, Bittner Jr. Memorial, Wilcox Court, East Berlin. opening on Monday, June 19. Daily admission is available for residents and non-residents. All non-residents must be accompanied by a Berlin resident 18 years or older. A drivers license or other form of ID that includes a Berlin address must be presented at the time of pool pass purchase. Swim class information, pool hours can be obtained on the town’s website www.town.berlin.ct.us in the summer brochure. Other pool programs offered include Berlin Dolphin Swim Team, Juniors ages 12 and under and Seniors ages 13 to 18. Residents and non- residents from New Britain and Newington only. Deadline to register is Friday, June 30 1 p.m. American Red Cross Lifeguarding class is offered for residents and non-residents, must be at least 15 years old. There are other prerequisites for this class. Registration is accepted online for this program.
