Chinese Acrobat To Put On Show At Berlin Library
The Berlin-Peck Memorial Library is hosting noted Chinese acrobat Li Liu on Saturday for a special program.

BERLIN, CT — The Berlin-Peck Memorial Library is hosting a unique program that promises to both entrance and amaze on Saturday.
The library, located at 234 Kensington Ave., Berlin, will present "Traditions of Chinese Acrobats with Li Liu" from 11 a.m. to noon.

It is for children (kindergarten and up) and their families and, while free, registration in advance is required.

During the program, acrobat Li Liu will perform hand balancing, plate spinning, ribbon dancing, diabolos, and foot juggling.
"A limited number of volunteers will have the opportunity to join her on stage to create an impromptu ribbon dance, and also to try their hand at plate spinning," wrote the library in an announcement.
