BERLIN, CT — If you're looking for the wizard, the place to find him is at Berlin High School this weekend.

That's because Berlin High's theater and music department is teaming up with pupils from McGee Middle School in Berlin for its production of "The Wizard of Oz,"the beloved movie, book, and play.

The student production will take place Friday, Feb. 28, at 7 p.m.; Saturday, March 1, at 1 and 7 p.m.; and on Sunday, March 2, at 1 p.m. Shows are at BHS, 139 Patterson Way, Berlin.

"Follow the yellow brick road in this delightful stage adaptation of L. Frank Baum’s beloved tale, featuring the iconic musical score from the MGM film," wrote BHS in an announcement.

"The timeless tale, in which young Dorothy Gale travels from Kansas over the rainbow to the magical Land of Oz, continues to thrill audiences worldwide."

Tickets are available either at the door or online. They are $20 for adults, $18 for senior citizens, and $15 for K-12 students.
