Located directly on the Berlin Turnpike, this 35,000+ square foot marketplace, coined ‘The Shoppes at Turnpike Ridge’ was built in 2020. BHHS commercial sales executive, Helene Cavalieri, oversaw the listing, and the rest of the retail plaza, which still has available space. Accompanying the marketplace will be The Apartments at Turnpike Ridge, also represented by Helene. The apartments will be 70 luxury residences and will be finished in the Fall of 2022.

“This new office is ideally located to service the $13 million mixed-use project,” shared Gregg Wagner, BHHS Senior Vice President, Director of New Homes & Land and Commercial. “The town of Berlin has the distinction of being the geographical center of the state of Connecticut. The office will continue to service the residential needs of Newington, Rocky Hill, New Britain, and Wethersfield, along with the rapidly growing commercial Berlin Turnpike corridor in the center of the state.”
