Berlin's recreation department Monday unveiled information about three popular winter recreation programs.

BERLIN, CT — Winter is fast approaching even if the temperatures and precipitation remain short of freezing and Berlin's recreation department is planning for some winter fun and wellness.
Monday, the department unveiled plans for three programs as part of its winter offerings.

• On Tuesday, Dec. 5, the town's rec department will begin registering for its "Winter Dog Obedience classes.
Residents can register Tuesday and non-residents can register starting Dec 12.
