Dec. 12

Richard Joseph Crosby, 69, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Dec. 13

Ryan William Vogel, 37, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility with injury/property damage.

Kira Rincon, 23, of Waterbury, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass.

Dec. 15

Maureen E. Johnson, 64, of Milford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Dec. 17

Jose A. Saldana, 61, of San Antonio, TX, was charged with creating a public disturbance.
