Veronica Alexandra Lombeida Manzano, 34, of New Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child.

Shawn P. Hopkinson, 40, of Branford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court and five counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
Dec. 6
Saverio James Falcone-Urgo, 19, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Ronald H. Knight, 59, of Branford, was charged with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order.
Daniel Mark Reiner, 33, of Guilford, was charged with first-degree larceny.
Dec. 7
David S. Taylor, 64, of Branford, was charged with second-degree forgery, third-degree larceny, illegal operation of a motor vehicle repair business, operating a business without a license, and misapplication of property.
Jacquelyn Hilda Rudd, 50, of Branford, was charged with creating a public disturbance.
Jenny Simon, 30, of Branford, was charged with creating a public disturbance.
Dec. 8
Gerard McAfee, 53, of Branford, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, illegal discharge of a firearm, carrying a pistol without a permit, criminal possession of a firearm, criminal use of a weapon, risk of injury to a child, and second-degree breach of peace.
