Discover Branford, A Sound Location: EDC Indefatigably Promotes Town

Economic Development Commission fosters sustainable economic growth by strategically attracting new businesses, supporting existing ones.

BRANFORD, CT — The Branford Economic Development Commission has been doing a full-court press in promoting the town since the summer of 2024.

In its most recent post on its Facebook page, the commission points to the town as a "Thriving Hub for Life Sciences and Biotech Companies."

It lists biotech companies doing business in the town as highlighting Branford's "emergence as a critical player in the biotech and life sciences industries." They include Abbratech, Ances, ATP R&D, Azitra, Enrich BioSystems, Evolvelmmune, Free Think Technologies, GSK, Propria LLC, RNA Connect, Tangen BioScience, and VIV Health Care.

Regular posts on the EDC's Facebook page, which began last July, spotlight the town as the place to be for business.

And on its website, Discover Branford, the EDC notes that the town is a "business-friendly location that seamlessly combines urban convenience with the peace of countryside living."
