Gas Leak in Branford "Under Control and No Danger": Police

BRANFORD, CT - Branford police report that there is no danger to the public from the gas leak on Brushy Plain Road.

On their Facebook page, police say the following:

"If you heard about the gas leak on Brushy Plain Rd from other media sources.

"Update: The gas leak on Brushy Plain Rd is under control. Gas company is on scene.

Brushy Plain Rd is open to one lane alternating traffic by officers on scene. There is No danger to the public."
