NORTH BRANFORD, CT - North Branford police made four arrests this past week. All arrested are only charged at this time.
Arrested were:
Teofilo Carbrera, 51, of 35 Rosette Street, New Haven, charged March 25th with negligent homicide with motor vehicle, failure to drive reasonable distance apart.

Thomas Celotto, 42, of 57 Harrison Road, Wallingford, charged March 26th with violation of conditions of release.
Wendy Lee, 46, of 374 Longmeadow Road, Orange, charged March 27th with criminal mischief in 1st degree, breach of peace in 2nd degree.
