Ronald P. "Poppy" Cervero, 86, worked for the state Department of Transportation for many years and also worked for the City of New Haven before retiring.

Thomas P. O’Connor, 59, served in the U. S. Air Force, was a teacher and tennis coach at Wilbur Cross High School, and was a former member of the Knights of St. Patrick in New Haven.

Frank Avallone, 86, formerly of Rome, Italy, earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of New Haven, became a teacher, worked at Sandvik as a tool and die engineer and taught Italian.
