Willoughby Wallace Memorial Library Presents New Exhibit by Fred Rosenthal
The photography exhibit is on display Oct. 30 through Nov. 22.
Award-winning photographer Fred Rosenthal’s exhibit of Iceland’s unique geography includes moss-covered lava fields, steep mountains separated by beautiful fjords, glaciers, rivers, monumental waterfalls, free-roaming sheep and Icelandic horses. Lasting impressions on display will also include Lupine fields, old turf-roofed farm houses, and beautiful blue icebergs.
“Iceland’s beauty is austere and primitive”, Rosenthal noted, “arousing a sense of reverence, wonder, mystery and awe.”
