One Dead After Driver Strikes Three in Bridgeport: UPDATE
Police say a suspect is in custody after he crashed in

BRIDGEPORT, CT — The driver of a car that struck two people near I-95's exit 26 in Bridgeport Thursday was arrested by police. The driver, not yet identified by police, sped off after troopers attempted to stop him on I-95 near Exit 26.
State Police say the driver struck a blue Toyota and killed the driver of the other vehicle before striking two pedestrians, according to a press release. Police say one of the pedestrians was possibly on a bicycle and both received non-life threatening injuries.
The Connecticut Post reports driver fled on foot after the crash and was arrested in the basement of a Lewis Street apartment.
