Beloved Farmington HS Student Mourned

School officials on Friday said the high school sophomore died unexpectedly on Wednesday evening.

FARMINGTON, CT — The Farmington High School community is mourning the sudden and unexpected loss of a 10th-grade student who died Wednesday evening.

Farmington Interim Superintendent of Schools Kathy Greider and FHS Principal Russ Crist broke the news late Thursday morning in a message to FHS parents.

"It is with deepest sorrow that we share heartbreaking news with you," wrote Greider and Crist. "One of our beloved students, Noah Senh, a 10th-grader at Farmington High School, unexpectedly passed away last evening."

According to Greider and Crist, Senh was the son of Michael Senh and Tiffany Nguyen.

"He was the center of their world and an incredible source of love and pride for the Senh family."

School officials said Noah was a longtime student of Farmington Public Schools, having attended Union Elementary School, West Woods Upper Elementary School, and Irving A. Robbins Middle School.

According to school leaders, Noah was active in Unified Sports, among other activities.

"His kind and caring approach to all aspects of education, as well as his friendships, brought each one of us joy beyond measure," wrote Crist and Greider.

"We are heartbroken to learn of his passing, and we ask our entire school district community to join together by keeping Noah and his family in your hearts and thoughts."
