Sherry Beth Pare, 54, of Burton Street, Bristol, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 8:43 p.m. She will appear in court on Jan. 2, 2026.
Charles Edward Vanalstyne, 67, of Chapman Street, Hartford, was charged with failure to respond to a payable violation at 5:36 p.m. He will appear in court on Dec. 30.

Dec. 13
Jake L. Mancini, 31, of Redstone Hill Road, Bristol, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 11:21 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 30.
Indriannie Zyechelle Rosado, 29, of Madison Avenue, Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny at 2:20 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 30.
Tykirah Deziya Weaver, 21, of Albany Avenue, Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny at 2:20 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 30.
Yosef Khalif Hamilton, 47, of Putnam Street, Hartford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and improper parking at 3:05 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 2, 2026.

Andrew Nicholas Sidorov, 23, of Ellen Drive, Farmington, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an emergency call, and disorderly conduct at 10:13 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 16.
Dec. 16
Ibrahim Sidik, 19, of Westland Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 2 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 30.
