Please describe why this individual is a hero at your school.
Jessica teachers kindergarten and she is perfect for that position. In that age group she has to be a teacher and a mom away from their homes. Jessica does both. She goes above and beyond what is required in her position. She purchases items for her classroom from her own funds. If she feels it would help her students to learn she gets it. At snack time she always has extra in case a student forgot to bring snack or if the family could not afford a snack. All children in Jessica’s class are treated the same with no exceptions. She is a wonderful teacher and loves the children.
