Farmington Dems Collecting Toys For Local Families
Especially sought at the toy drive on Thursday, Dec. 12, are gifts for teens and tweens.

FARMINGTON, CT — Local Democrats are asking for the public's help as they are collecting toys for the local community next week.
The Farmington Democratic Town Committee is conducting a toy drive on Thursday, Dec. 12, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at the Farmington Community Center, 321 New Britain Ave., Unionville (Farmington).
Toys collected will go to Farmington Community Services, which will distribute them to local families in need.

Especially desired this year are gifts for teens and tweens.
As a result, toy drive organizers are suggesting items such as Legos, arts/crafts supplies, video games, sports games/equipment, board games (for older kids), superhero toys/books, puzzles, Nerf items, remote control cars, science sets, wireless speakers, makeup, lotions for teens, hair supplies, squishmallows, headphones and gift cards (Target, Walmart, Amazon).
