FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for Dec. 31, 2025, to Jan. 6, 2026, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

Alfonso Isaac Cardenas Romero, 43, Myrtle Street, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to comply with pass on right rules, and failure to use a turn signal at 9:12 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 22.

Tatiana Cepeda, 31, of White Plains Road, Bronx, N.Y., was charged with criminal attempt at fourth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, third-degree identity theft, and risk of injury to a child at 10:42 p.. She will appear in court Jan. 21.

Richard R. Galecki, 74, of Namor Drive, New Britain, was charged with evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 2:41 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 22.

Jan. 6

Kendall Dwayne Andrews Jr., 32, of Ivory Road, Bloomfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault at 9:24 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 7.

Kyle McFarlin, 65, of Groton Street, Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree larceny, illegal taking of a payment card, spending more than $500 on a revoked payment card, receipt from illegally used credit card, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension at 3:22 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 21.

Gladiola Kasma, 41, of Mountain Street, Ellington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 2:34 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 21.
