Nov. 12

Syrus Bajnathsingh, 28, of Anthony Road, Bolton, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 6 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 3.

Michael Glen Pleet, 58, of Tower Drive, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 3:06 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 3.

Nov. 13

Austin Theingransith Lim, 29, of Price Boulevard, West Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and criminal attempt of voyeurism with malice at 1:45 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 3.

Olivia Nicole Davis, 23, of Sigourney Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault at 11:44 a.m. She will appear in court Dec. 3.

Nov. 14

Jacek Zbreski, 55, of Angeles Way, Burlington, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 9:23 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 4.

Katrianna Roneau Covington, 28, of Circular Avenue, Hamden, was charged with two counts each of third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, and organized retail theft at 1:12 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 14.

Anthony Garland Avery, 57, of Connecticut Avenue, Stamford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 11:40 a.m. He will appear in court Dec. 3.

Nov. 15

Joshua Edward Popielarczyk, 31, of Birch Street, Farmington, was charged with murder at 6:57 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 17.

Nov. 17

Branden Jay Cooper, 26, of Quaker Lane, West Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 4:19 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 3.

Liza J. Zanderigo, 33, of Asylum Street, Hartford, was charged with three counts of sixth-degree larceny at 2:17 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 3.

Nov. 18

Brandon Paige, 42, of Lawrence Street, Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 10:15 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 18.
