Farmington's 2023 Summer Concert Series Begins June 22

FARMINGTON, CT — A summertime tradition heats up later this week as Farmington's 2023 Summer Concert Series begins.

Starting Thursday, June 22, through Thursday, Aug. 23, a diverse array of local music will be heard and enjoyed at the Farmington Town Hall Complex, 2 Monteith Drive, Farmington.

The shows are free to attend, but food is available for purchase at a food truck sponsored by the Farmington Community Emergency Response Team.

The first show is part of the annual Strawberry Festival event in town, with "Mass-Conn-Fusion" performing their classic blend of Motown and R&B music.

From there, shows will continue weekly through the end of August.

One day, Aug. 20, doesn't have a band yet, but it is expected to be a band who may have had a show canceled due to weather earlier in the season.
