The FSA is home to myriad leagues, clinics, and camps, and also includes lacrosse programs in addition to soccer.

Lyman said the scoreboard would be

According to FSA part-owner Salvatore DiTomasso, who was also on hand, the scoreboard would have electric service, with a wireless controller to be utilized on site.

He said the scoreboard wouldn't be used after 10 p.m., and it would be used for events and high school soccer games there.

DiTommasso said the only noise on site from the scoreboard would be a horn to indicate the end of quarters/halves for games there.

Aside from a few technical questions, PZC members had no issues with the application and easily approved the site plan.
